REGIONAL ADVISORY TEAM

Advises Management Consultant on management philosophy for framework studies and provides input on stitching framework studies into a statewide plan, providing technical advice with emphasis on consistency with local/regional plans and overall sound planning principles.

Participation in committee meetings is reserved for committee members and project staff.  Observers are welcome.  Observer comments and questions are solicited in writing at committee meetings. Responses to written observer comments/questions occurs between meetings, with a full report to the committee at the beginning of each meeting of the interaction with observers that has taken place since the last meeting.
